Update February 2024: Really bummed that the house needs to be painted again after less than three years. I’ll post some pictures before I have someone else come and repaint it this spring.
Carlos and his guys just did an amazing job painting my 1872 Victorian. I was honestly a little intimidated by the amount of work that had to go into this, and was worried that whoever I hired would keep upping the price as we went along. Carlos, however, was incredible. We walked through all the details of the job up front – from prep work, to removing and painting shutters, to reglazing the windows and even taking down and painting the wooden screens on the windows. There was some wood rot that he replaced, and the guys even replaced three broken window panes they found as they went along. In the end, the entire job came in on budget, and I could not be happier with it. I’m including some pictures here and would be happy to share my experience with anyone. Highly recommend Carlos and the crew at CS painting!!

Carlos and team were absolutely fantastic to work with. They are always on time, very kind, helpful, and do very high quality work. Carlos and team painted the entire inside of our home, pressure washed the outside and pressure washed and painted both decks. The house looks brand new and Carlos and team went above and beyond to make sure every room looked fantastic. Carlos was also helpful in taking care of various other tasks that came up during the project- removing closet doors and racks, removing carpet from the stairs, removing old doorbell, fixing a rotted deck leg and more. Carlos is a true professional and a master of his craft. A true pleasure to work with!
